About the Prince of Deventer
The prince of Deventer makes no illusions about who and what he is: A Nosferatu. One that values his privacy, but can be sometimes amazingly copious with handing out information. His rather large collection of documents, including some from the ancient library of Alexandria, is told to be guarded by an intricate maze of fire and a rather horrid spawning pool.
Deventer is not very large, so any further vampires there must be supported from the entire region.

About Enschede
Enschede, while only marginally larger than Deventer as far as vampires are concerned, does host a much larger vampire population. Foremost among these, and Primogen to the Prince, is one Patrick van Reest. However, he is off on a scouting mission in the united states.
Taking over his position is Sander Hanevelt. One of the elder vampires, he is responsible for overseeing the roughly 15 vampires that dwell in Enschede. He often lies in torpor, though, and is sometimes hard to wake.
The vampires here tend to be a wild, fragmented bunch, and rumours go that the drug trafficking/tourism has attracted some unsavoury clans. The prince of Deventer does not mind: after the rather spectacular example he made of a Setite about 30 years back, things have been quiet.
To support such a large group of vampires, raids are often made into Germany, sometimes causing friction between the Prince of Deventer and some Princes in Germany, although with the assistance of some Mages, a connection has been made to Michael Eichler, of Ramstein.

About the rest of the Region
Strangely, all has been quiet on the Northern Front recently. The Prince has been concerned about this: no Primogen in the North, no control or supervision. No knowledge about Zwolle, Groningen or Leeuwarden. He is seeking out what has remained of the vampiric population. This is also an appeal to any vampires that may stumble across this internet page - contact me.
